When you use our contact form we collect your name, and email address. We keep this information for 28 days for customer services purposes but do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.

Who we share your data with

In order to complete your order we may need to disclose some of your information to our employees. Your personal information including name, address and contact details will be seen by our team of operatives for the purpose of undertaking any booked contract.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

How long we retain your data

We keep contact form entries for six months, analytics records for a year, and customer purchase records for five years.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
